Nestle Waters

This was a Design / Build project including building modifications to install a new packaging line at Nestle’s Poland Spring Bottling and Packaging Plant. This work was completed adjacent to packaging line 2, which remained fully operational during construction. The scope of this project included slab demo and modifications, 5 new dock levelers and overhead doors, new HVAC supply and exhaust fans, a new rooftop unit, new lighting and power for equipment and sprinkler modifications and a 2,000 square foot expansion to a utility/ammonia chiller room.
