Bridgton Academy

This fast-tracked project consisted of renovations to the interior and exterior of Bridgton Academy – Goldsmith Dining Hall. A new commercial kitchen and custom serveries are centerpieces in the dining hall that now has an open layout and bold finishes, including a feature custom millwork wall and ceiling. The improvements to the lower level included the addition of a student mailroom, two new restrooms, and a student lounge that leads outside to one of two new porch areas. The mechanical and electrical upgrades were procured using the design- build delivery method and provide the space with heating and cooling capabilities that were previously non-existent.
